How do I eat healthy, lose weight, without giving up my favorite foods?

I am tired of reading articles on how you can eat your favorite foods and lose weight. You can do it for a while and who hasn’t lost 20lbs and after 2 months, given up and gained your weight back? Sorry it’s the truth.
I have struggled with my weight all my life…Hi my name is JoAnn and I have really found a way to lose weight.
In 1999 my husband went for his annual physical, his blood sugar was 163 he was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. Taking insulin shots 3 times a day. Seriously my husband figured since he is under weight 160lbs height 6’2 he still could eat anything he wanted. He would just take more insulin. I tried to tell him that’s not how it works, but be damn if he listens to me.
After 13 yrs he still thinks this way! I needed to learn how to make low carb, sugar free foods, or he will die at an early age or lose a limb, I am not ready to be alone.
After a lot of research I have found using organic sprouted grain berries, was like eating vegetables!!
Amazingly, when sprouted flour is properly produced from whole grain it digests the same as vegetables!
Sprouted spelt grain berries make the best tasting bread, noodles; this is what I have been looking for. I ordered 35lb bucket on amazon.com Now remember sprouted Spelt grain berries aren’t like any other wheat grains we used before. It takes awhile to master this grain but it’s worth the effort.
My favorite thing to do is a make sprouted spelt noodle, easy to do and they turn out every time. If you never made sprouted spelt noodles, it’s a must…they are really good, and I do not like noodles at all.
Now the true test, my husband tested his blood sugar 89.
I am making lasagna, with organic sprouted spelt noodles. To our surprise after he ate a hug plate full of lasagna his blood sugar stayed at 119 for 5 hrs without any insulin.
I was so excited I cried, finely I made something that was good tasting and healthy.
I figured if my sprouted spelt noodles I made kept his sugar level down, it has to work for me too?? Guess what?? It works! I lose on the average per week 3 lbs.
What you do not want to eat…. Potatoes, white or wheat bread or flour, noodles.

Do not have time to do your own sprouting buy sprouted grains online. Noodles, cakes, brownies, pancakes, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds ect…
I now do my own Sprout Seeds: Alfalfa, Mung Bean, Broccoli, Green Lentil, Clover, Buckwheat, Radish, Bean makes the best salad.
As long as it reads 100% organic sprouted berries grains, seeds. We will lose weight together.
